A wonderful opportunity to observe world renowned soprano, Dame Felicity Lott, and award-winning pianist, Sebastian Wybrew working with four talented singers at an advanced stage of their training on English Song repertoire. This event is organised by The Ashburnham English Song Awards in pursuit of their aim to encourage the study and performance of our rich heritage of English Song.

Anna will be covering the role of Hippolyta in Britten’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream
A revival of the 1981 Festival production. With its lavish costumes and magical, Arthur Rackham-inspired designs, Peter Hall’s production is a longstanding Festival favourite. Dalia Stasevska conducts.
Anna will also be playing a Nun in Poulenc’s Dialogues des Carmélites
A new production for Festival 2023. After a triumphant Saul, Barrie Kosky returns to direct Glyndebourne’s first ever production of Carmélites. Robin Ticciati conducts an outstanding ensemble cast.

Will (she) still love me tomorrow? That’s the question on the lips of the soldiers, as they enter a bet with the barman over the faithfulness of their fiancées. A hilarious farce full of disguise, deception and desire – and some of Mozart’s best music – this comic opera will leave you warm inside even if it’s cold outside.
